Our Mega Lit classes are preformed by candle light (season permitting) and have a nice juicy stretch at the end. New clients please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class. Grip socks are available for purchase in studio and required for all classes. Please make any schedule changes or cancelations outside of our 12 hour cancel window to avoid penalty. (Same rules apply to waitlist)
