MINT MAUI POLICIES
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Mint Maui accepts credit cards, debit or cash.
All services must be prepaid.
All sales are final. Classes are non-refundable, exchangeable, or transferable.
We require guests to wear grip socks during the workout. These are available for purchase at the studio.
CANCELATIONS
Classes must be canceled 12 hours or more before the class in order to receive a full class credit back to your account.
Classes canceled after the 12 hour window will be considered late cancellations and charged as if you had attended.
*All monthly recurring class members will be charged $25 per late cancel occurrence. No exceptions. Make sure to cancel early to share your Mega or Versa with others who can make it!
All classes must be canceled online either using the Mint Maui Website or mobile app.
- Login to your Mint Maui Account
- Go to ‘My Info’
- Click ‘My Schedule’
- Click ‘Cancel’ next to class time
WAITLIST
If the class you want is full, join the wait list. To join the wait list you must have a class credit in your account. If a spot becomes available you will be notified by email as long as you have set your account settings to allow text/email notifications.
You can be added to class up until an hour before class starts so be sure to cancel your wait list request if you are no longer interested in attending. If you come off the wait list within the 12 hour cancelation window, the regular cancelation policy applies.
RUNNING LATE
If you are running late please call the studio at 808-875-0486 to avoid your spot being given away or being locked out. If you are more than 5 minutes late you will be unable to attend the class, as it is too distracting to the rest of the group and you will not receive a balanced workout.
If it is your first class please arrive 15 minutes early so that your can get properly oriented on the Megaformer or Versaclimber.
*Grip socks required for Mega 40 and athletic shoes are required for Versa 30. Custom Lagree Maui grip socks available for purchase at studio.
**Mint Maui monthly passes will be charged an additional $25 per occurrence for all no-shows without a 12 hour or longer cancellation. All class credit packs and drop-ins will forefeit their credit with a no-show of less than 12 hours prior to class.
CONTRACT TERMS
All Mint Maui monthly memberships are subject to the following terms.
May cancel with 30 days written notice prior to end of contract period.
May attend any Megaformer or Versaclimber class up to the membership limit you have purchased (Sunday-Sat), additional drop-ins will be purchased at the special member rate of $20 per.
Monthly members will also receive 10% off all retail (excluding sale items)
