I’m nervous! How do these classes work?
- Create an account on our website or the Mint Maui App.
- Pick the location you want to attend (Wailea or Paia), reserve your Megaformer or VersaClimber class at your preferred time, and choose your machine.
- New to Lagree? Try to reserve a spot in the middle of the room.
- New to VersaClimber? Opt for a machine towards the back row.

Do you offer an intro class?
While we don’t offer a specific introductory class, we’re excited to welcome new clients into our regular classes every day! Our experienced instructors are here to help you feel comfortable and confident, whether it’s your first time or your hundredth.
To make the most of your experience, we recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled class. This gives us time to introduce you to the equipment, answer any questions, and ensure you’re set up for success. All you need is a good attitude and an open mind—we’ll take care of the rest!
For those who prefer more personalized guidance, we also offer private sessions. These are a great option if you’re:
- Returning to fitness after a long break
- Recovering from an injury and need a gentler, tailored approach
- Simply craving a more individualized experience to focus on your goals.
We’re here to support you on your fitness journey, no matter where you’re starting from. Whether you’re in a group class or a private session, our goal is to help you feel strong, empowered, and a part of our community!
I’ve never taken a Lagree or Versaclimber class before. Should I start with a private?
There is no need to schedule a private session to start, unless you want to. Your first few classes will take some time to get familiar with the machine, the names of the moves and the workout but we find after 2-3 classes you’ll start to know where your going. Our instructors are pros at working our 1st timer’s into class. Remember to stay patient, stay focused and get ready to become a Mint Maui addict!
When can i book classes?
Our schedule operates on a rolling 17-day booking cycle, so you can book classes up to 17 days in advance at any time.
Do all packages have the same booking privileges?
Yes! All class packs and memberships have the same booking privileges, allowing you to reserve your spot up to 17 days in advance.
How does the waitlist work?
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. You’ll automatically be added to the class if a spot opens, and we’ll notify you via email or you can check your status in the app.
- If you’re added to class within our 12-hour late cancel window, you are expected to attend.
• You can be added to class up to 2 hours before class starts, so if you know you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to avoid being automatically added.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 12 hours before class to avoid penalties. Late cancellations result in either a fee or a forfeited credit, depending on your membership or credit type.
How early should I arrive to my first class?
- First-timers: Arrive 10 minutes early for an introduction and orientation.
• Regulars: Arrive 5 minutes before class.
Do you offer private sessions or private group classes?
Yes! We offer:
- Private Sessions: Typically available midday after our group classes wrap up.
- Private Group Classes: Perfect for team building, bridal parties, and birthday celebrations!

How long is class?
Lagree classes are 40 minutes of non stop movement. We won’t cue any breaks so if you need to take a sip of water or catch your breath you can join back in when you are ready.
Versaclimber classes are 30 minutes of non stop movement. Instructors won’t cue any breaks so if you need to take a sip of water or catch your breath take a moment and join back in when you are ready.
How often should I Lagree? How often should I Versa?
We tend to see best results at 4+ times per week. Lagree also compliments Yoga, CrossFit and many other workouts. Because both Lagree and Versaclimber are full body workouts, they are truly the best way to train for all the things you enjoy doing in life.
Mixing it in a few times a week is a great way to get started.
What should I bring to class?
For Lagree, grip socks are required to keep you firmly grounded on your machine and also help keep our Megas super clean. We have a great selection for purchase in studio. Classes are short but having water available is a good idea. We offer filtered water stations at both studios.
For Versaclimber, indoor fitness/running shoes are required to provide support and grip to the foot pedals. Like Lagree, classes are short but sweaty and having water available is a good idea.
I’m running late. Can I still join class?
Please try to arrive a minimum of 5 minutes before the start of class. If you haven’t shown up by the time class has started occasionally your Megaformer or Versaclimber may be given away to a walk in client who is waiting.
I’m on the waitlist. How will I know if I’m in class?
When booking please make sure to opt in to email/text updates. If you do not opt-in to those updates you will not receive notification.
When you’ve been added to class you will receive a notification or be able to check your status in the app. Please note that if you are on the waitlist and get added to class inside our 12 hour late cancel window you are expected to attend class. Please pull yourself off the waitlist if you know you can no longer attend.
How will I be charged for late cancels?
Our late cancel window is 12 hours prior to class and works differently based on your class package:
- Monthly Contract – $25 late cancel fee
- 8x per Month – lose your class credit
- Class Packs – lose your class credit
Can I do Lagree while pregnant?
Congratulations! Staying fit during pregnancy helps you feel great during pregnancy, prepare for labor and bounce back after baby’s arrival.
Be sure to arrive a few minutes early to let your instructor know you are expecting. We will be able to give you some modifications and let you know what moves to stay away from.
What is the difference between Megaformer and Versa classes?
- Megaformer (40 min): Full-body, high-intensity, low-impact strength training.
- • Versa (30 min): High-energy cardio class with rhythm-based climbing.
What is Versaclimber?
The VersaClimber is a cardio machine with vertical climbing motion, adjustable settings, and a Bluetooth/WiFi-enabled display for tracking performance.
- Burns up to 22.3 calories per minute, more than any other cardio machine.
- Low impact on joints to help prevent injury.
- Provides a full-body workout, targeting muscles from shoulders to calves.
Studio Policies?
- Minimum age: 14 (with a parental waiver for those under 18).
- Minimum height: 4’11”.
- Maximum weight: 350 lbs.
How do I cancel my monthly membership?
We require 30 days notice when canceling any reoccurring membership. Please email us team@lagreemaui.com.
You will receive confirmation upon receipt along with your final payment date.
