Our Founding Cohort is a limited early release for those ready to go all in on the Lagree Method and train inside one of Maui’s most elevated boutique fitness studios.
This is a 3-day immersive certification designed to take you from client to confident instructor, with hands-on coaching, real feedback, and a clear path forward.
This training is open to both those interested in becoming instructors and those simply wanting to deepen their understanding of the method.

• Aug 28-30 (Friday–Sunday): Level One Certification
10:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily

Investment
• $1500 for the Level One Certification

• Remaining balance split into 2 payments leading up to the training (Details provided upon signup).
What You’ll Learn
Over the three-day training, you’ll begin to build a strong foundation in Lagree. Topics include:
• Lagree training techniques
• The principles that define the method
• Megaformer mechanics and variations
• The art of cueing and setting up safe, effective movement
You’ll also receive
• In-depth cueing templates
• A music curation guide
• An instructor review and teaching resource packet
These materials are exclusive to the Mint Maui certification and designed to support your success as you continue your development as an instructor.
While this training is a huge step forward, it’s just the beginning. Additional practice, teaching hours, and continued learning are key to becoming a strong, impactful Lagree instructor.
Unlike Pilates, Lagree is a LIVE method—constantly evolving and improving. Certified instructors are encouraged to revisit the platform often to stay sharp and inspired.
