Mega 40

Welcome to your new favorite workout class! A licensed official Lagree Method class that is 40 minutes of pure full body work in slow movements consisting of planks, lunges, squats and crunches with no breaks included. Your muscles will be engaged from start to finish but don’t worry the class will fly by. This method focuses on the strength building concept of “time under tension”. Whether this is your 1st class or your 100th you will be challenged!
